Meet Event Architects

Event Architects started business as an Event and Meeting Planning Company in 1996.  In order to better serve our clients, we began Event Architects Catering in 2005 when Chef Charlie Billo joined our company. Along with Jeremy White and PJ Lee, our team provides the great food component of our parties and events. We believe parties should be a combination of successful components. Creative planning, food, décor, entertainment, excellent service staff and proper timing all create the great event experience.

Event Architects Catering specializes in full service catering for all themes and budgets. We specialize in custom, seasonal menus, tailored to your needs. Over the years we have made some fabulous connections with some of the regions finest farmers, ranchers, and artisans, providing you with first rate foods. Our chefs combine backgrounds in French, Italian, Mediterranean, and Japanese cuisines, giving us a well rounded palate to paint with as well.
